ViewerStudio – Gaussian splat and 3D editor in your browser

ViewerStudio is a browser-based editor and viewer for Gaussian splats, 3D models and CAD. Import a scan or a model, clean, light and stage it, and share it as an interactive link or embed. No installation, free beta, made in Austria.

Gaussian splatting

Import PLY, SPLAT, KSPLAT and SPZ. Remove floaters automatically, crop, slice and delete regions without losing the original, level and scale scans, add wind or wave effects and stream large scans in levels of detail.

Walk through scenes

First-person walk mode with collision generated from the splat, portals between scenes and multiplayer with text and voice chat.

3D models and CAD

GLB, GLTF, FBX, OBJ, STL and STEP. Material editor, HDRI lighting, shadows, depth of field, keyframe animation and exploded views.

Interaction without code

When-then behaviors, hover highlights and tooltips, NPC characters, labels, info points and camera tours.

Content Library and sharing

A private asset library with folders and versions. Share links with optional password, embeddable viewer and web package export.

Working with your AI assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The assistant uses the same editor tools as you, in your open editor: it can clean and level a splat scan, set up walk mode, find good views for a camera tour, build and light a room or add click interactions. You watch every step and can undo it. Saving, publishing and permanent edits need your OK.
